ATC offers programming tailored to each athlete’s fitness level and goals. There are three different ways programming will be offered: group, private or semi-private, and team.

In-season 2x a week

Monday, Friday @ 6 pm and Sunday @ 10am

Tuesday, Thursday: 6am

Sign up for whatever two sessions work best with your schedule.

Out-of-season

M, W, F @ 3:45 (Will add more classes as needed)

 T, TH @ 3:30. Middle school program. This can also be utilized by out-of-season athletes only wanting 2x a week or for younger lifters looking to get in the gym. 

Team Training:  available upon request

One-on-One training: available upon request 

Summer Program

$200 for 8 weeks Starting June 3rd  (the week of July 4th is off) 

7am-8am- M, Tu, TH – Wrestling FULL

8am-9am -M, W, TH – Girls Basketball Reserved

9:15am-10:15 -M, T, TH  – open to 9-college FULL

10:30am-11:30am- M, T, TH -open to 9-college (males)

12pm-1pm M, W, TH – open to 7-12th grade FULL

1:15-2:15- M, W, TH open to 7-12th grade FULL

2:30-3:30- M, W – open to 5th and 6th grade ($145)

3:30-4:30 M,W,TH- HOCKEY 

T @12 W, F @ 10:30 – open to 7-12th grade

If you have an athlete going into 3rd or 4th grade wanting to stay active this summer reach out.  If I have enough interest I will add a class.
